Patagoniafresh produces natural fruit juice concentrate, fruit puree, tomato paste and apple fiber, with the highest quality standards. Production management at the plants follows good manufacturing practices (GMP), national and international regulation standards in force in its markets.

Patagoniafresh’s Quality Assurance System is based on the Hazards Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards, which are governed by Codex Alimentarius. Patagoniafresh´s factories meet the standards stablished by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and got the FSSC 22000 certification in July 2012 in San Fernando and in March 2013 in Molina. The Company was the first juice processor in Chile that got this certification standard.

The Company has a select group of fruit suppliers and a modern agricultural information systems that allows the traceability, from the orchard to the final product.
